Saionara Hotel - Rio de Janeiro

The staff here was super friendly, which really added to our pleasant stay! Our room was equipped with AC, a safe, and a TV with plenty of channels. Plus, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was all to ourselves. 😊

Such great stay, as always. Bright room, well-maintained with huge bath tub and an air-conditioning, as example, kind staff.

The location was great and comfortable in the nice area. New Town metro station was 5 min away. The breakfast was outstanding with many varieties, nice breads plus juices and wonderful and perfect stuff.

The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations with a great selection of delicious breads and options.

Felt right at home in this fancy hotel, with its comfy rooms and top-notch service. Plus, I got to visit the Museum of Tomorrow! Cons: Oh, just a small detail, my flight departure time was overslept. No biggie.

Staff arranged reliable taxi service and communicated well despite language barrier. Smiling and friendly. Room had working bathtub and sauna. Elevators were fast. Good breakfast with fruits, juices, and eggs. Convenient location near supermarket.

Saionara Hotel is my go-to place in Rio. The staff kindly directed me to attractions during my first stay. With amenities like Wi-Fi, parking, and a bar, it suits me perfectly. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

Nothing not to love.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, just like in the pictures. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met. The location was convenient, close to the bus station and a supermarket, so I didn't have to go far for anything I needed. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, providing a good start to my day exploring the city.

The hotel had a great breakfast selection and the staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any requests. It's conveniently located near basic necessities and transportation options. The rooms were well-maintained and had a good air conditioning system.

The towels provided were a bit thin and the rooms were a little on the small side. The location wasn't the best and the view from the outside of the building wasn't very appealing.

Convenient Amenities: The hotel had a 24-hour front desk, which was a blessing when we arrived late at night. The friendly staff welcomed us with open arms and made the check-in process smooth and easy.

Dirty Room.

This hotel offers great value for money. It has affordable prices and basic amenities like clean rooms and a good breakfast. The staff is professional and attentive, providing outstanding service 24/7. The location is conveniently close to the airport, making it easy to catch a taxi or bus. The hotel's attention to detail is impressive, with rooms that are clean and comfortable, just like in the pictures.

All was ok.

Ik verbleef in een fijne schone kamer met genoeg ruimte. De locatie was echt fantastisch, letterlijk naast het treinstation waardoor het heel handig was om ergens naartoe te gaan zonder stress. Het personeel in het restaurant was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Helaas was het eten ver van goed koken verwijderd en er was geen speciale parkeerregeling met de nabijgelegen parkeergarage. Gelukkig waren er weinig tv-programma's in het Engels en Duits beschikbaar.
